About Kelsey
Kelsey is a graduate of VHS and the USD School of Law. After serving 8 years on City Council she was appointed Mayor by her peers in 2020 and elected by the citizens of Vermillion in 2021. Kelsey is Executive Director of United Way of Vermillion, Past-President of the Vermillion Rotary Club, and has served as a volunteer and board member of multiple community organizations. She is a proud mom to a fantastic middle schooler.
